Memories Dipped In Sugar

This piece is reminiscent of when my grandmother would fill plates of strawberries for my cousins and me and we’d have a small sugar bowl to dip them in. It was a special treat that I used to look forward to as a kid.

I’m Libyan and since henna is a part of our culture and I used to get it done every time I visited my grandma.
